This 30-minute flow explores balance as more than a physical skill. We begin with a short moment of stillness, reflecting on balance as something that is constantly in motion - something we search for, adjust to, and sometimes lose before finding it again. Not only in the body, but also on a mental level. The practice then moves into a fluid standing flow with a variety of balance-focused shapes and transitions. Through repetition, shifting weight and steady breath, you’re invited to allow wobbling and readjusting to become part of the experience rather than something to resist. A grounding yet dynamic practice that supports strength, focus and presence - and encourages finding stability within movement rather than trying to hold still.
