This intermediate to advanced practice is designed to build the strength, stability, and control needed for handstands. We begin with a flowing warm-up that integrates core compression, shoulder stability, and active mobility - each movement carefully chosen to prepare your body for the work ahead. From there, we move into focused handstand training. You’ll explore four different entry techniques, alongside practical tips to refine your alignment and begin working toward handstand press-ups. The class combines flow, strength, and skill-building in one seamless practice - challenging your body while sharpening awareness and control.
