Deep Hip Flow - Inner & Outer Lines

This 39-minute hip mobility flow is a slow, spacious and deeply enjoyable practice. The class explores movement through the inner and outer hips, creating connection into the side body and allowing space to unfold both downward into the legs and upward into the spine. Gentle stretches ripple through the back body and legs, supporting a global sense of openness that originates in the hips. Rather than pushing into range, the practice invites ease, fluidity and a sense of enjoyment - allowing movement to feel nourishing and expansive. A grounding yet spacious flow designed to create freedom, connection and a feeling of lightness throughout the body.
