

Flow, Play and Fly (Intermediate+/Advanced)
A full-length class for practitioners who are ready to move with power, explore inversions, and have a little fun doing it. The practice opens with a thorough warm-up that prepares all the major muscle groups - because what comes next asks for it. The flow itself is dynamic and fluid, building intensity as it goes, with options woven throughout for headstand, forearmstand, handstand, Koundinyasana I and II, crow, and crane. Nothing that has to be done. Everything is an invitation. Take what feels right, leave what doesn’t, and make the practice as expansive or as grounded as you need it to be. This is a class for those who want to flow, find flight, and remember that practice can also just feel like play.
