Rather than isolating flexibility, the practice approaches the front split as a whole-body pattern - connecting strength, mobility, and fascial continuity. You’ll move through a balanced mix of active and passive stretches, exploring how the back line and side line of the body contribute to both stability and depth in the split. Particular attention is given to hip positioning, tissue resilience, and controlled lengthening, allowing space to emerge without forcing range.
