

This is where the work begins. Module 1 introduces the foundational movements for front and back body strength - drawing on the Superficial Front and Back Lines as well as the Deep Front Line as your stabilising base. The exercises are functional and intentionally composed: nothing in isolation, everything in relationship. Take your time here. If anything feels challenging or unfamiliar, this class is designed to be practised more than once. Come back to it as many times as you need - until the movements feel clear and your body feels ready to move forward. Modules 2 and 3 build directly on this foundation. ⚠️ This class does not include a warm-up or cool down! You’ll find both Warm-up and the Cool Down & Essential Stretches within this series. Of course you can also use your own. This class is part of the Functional Strength Builder Series Level 3.
