Building on Module 1, this class turns up the intensity. The movements become more demanding - expect increased load, greater depth, and some new elements that challenge the front and back body in fresh ways. The Superficial Front and Back Lines as well as the Deep Front Line remain your framework, but the work now asks more from them. If anything feels like a significant step up, that’s intentional. Take your time, and know that coming back to this class more than once is always a valid choice. Module 3 and 4 build directly on this. ⚠️ This class does not include a warm-up or cool down. You’ll find both within this series - or of course use your own. This class is part of the Functional Strength Builder Series Level 3.
