Module 3 is where the work becomes truly functional. Building on Modules 1 and 2, the focus shifts toward making the strength you’ve built even more real and usable - for advanced positions, for transitions, for the demands your practice actually places on your body. If you working towards press-ups, take this one seriously. Compression work plays a bigger role here, alongside deeper spinal and shoulder stability. The back and shoulders are trained to work together more precisely - not just pushing forward, but learning to control in all directions, creating the kind of integrated stability that handstand and advanced movement genuinely require. Module 4 builds directly on this one and brings everything together. ⚠️ This class does not include a warm-up or cool down. You’ll find both within this series - or of course use your own.
