

This is where the work begins. Module 1 sets the tone for the lateral and rotational work that runs through this series - introducing the movements and lines that may feel less familiar than front, back, or vertical body work, but are no less essential. The Lateral Line creates stability along the sides of the body, governing weight shifts and lateral control. The Spiral Line works deeper - wrapping diagonally around the body, creating stability from the outside in and connecting structures across planes. The two are functionally deeply connected, and that’s exactly how they’re trained here: through twists, lateral stability work, cross connection, and rotational movement that integrates all. Take your time here. If anything feels challenging or unfamiliar, this class is designed to be practised more than once. Come back to it as many times as you need - until the movements feel clear and your body feels ready to move forward.
