Functional Strength Builder 3 - Lateral & Rotational Control 2

Building on Module 1, this class turns up the intensity. The movements become more demanding - expect increased load, greater depth, and some new elements woven in. The lateral stability work grows more challenging, and the spiral connections are asked to work harder - creating stability from the outside in across more complex movement patterns. If anything feels like a significant step up, that’s intentional. Take your time, and know that coming back to this class more than once is always a valid choice. Module 3 and 4 build directly on this. ⚠️ This class does not include a warm-up or cool down. You’ll find both within this series - or of course use your own. This class is part of the Functional Strength Builder Series Level 3.
