This is where the work begins. Module 1 introduces the movements for arm, shoulder, hip, and leg strength that this series builds on - the regions that carry more weight than they’re often given credit for. Strong, stable shoulders, arms, legs, glutes, and hips support the health of your spine, make advanced movement possible, and distribute load intelligently across the whole system - protecting structures, creating resilience, and building the kind of foundation that keeps the body healthy long-term. The work here is functional and connected. While the focus sits on the major upper and lower body regions, all myofascial lines are present - deep front, superficial front and back, lateral, and spiral - because that’s how the body actually works. Take your time here. If anything feels challenging or unfamiliar, this class is designed to be practised more than once. Come back to it as many times as you need - until the movements feel clear and your body feels ready to move forward. Modules 2 and 3 build directly on this foundation. ⚠️ This class does not include a warm-up or cool down. You’ll find both within this series - or of course use your own. This class is part of the Functional Strength Builder Series Level 3.
