Building on Module 1, this class turns up the intensity. The movements become more demanding - expect increased load, greater depth, and some new elements that challenge arm, shoulder, hip, and leg strength in fresh ways. The work continues to draw on all myofascial lines, with the focus remaining on the upper and lower body regions and their role in distributing load, supporting the spine, and creating the resilience advanced movement requires. This module also continues to build directly toward arm balance and handstand work, including handstand jumps and the shoulder and hip stability that makes them possible. More of it, and with more demand. If anything feels like a significant step up, that’s intentional. Take your time, and know that coming back to this class more than once is always a valid choice. Module 3 and 4 build directly on this. ⚠️ This class does not include a warm-up or cool down. You’ll find both within this series - or of course use your own. This class is part of the Functional Strength Builder Series Level 3.
