Building on the strength and awareness developed in Modules 1 and 2, the movements become more complex - more interplay between the lines, more demand placed on arms, shoulders, hips, and legs working together as a connected system. The focus on shoulder control deepens here: learning to engage and direct the shoulder in all directions - not just pushing forward, but into the sides and back as well - alongside continuing the handstand works and growing overhead strength that makes the whole upper body more capable and reliable. More stability, more precision, more demand. Module 4 builds directly on this one and brings everything together. ⚠️ This class does not include a warm-up or cool down.
