Module 4 is where it comes together. Building on the shoulder control, overhead strength, and full-body stability developed across the previous modules, the work now moves more deliberately toward handstand - exploring different variations and entry points that put everything you’ve built to use. The strength is there. Now it gets to show up in the places you’ve been working toward. ⚠️ This class does not include a warm-up or cool down. You’ll find both within this series - or of course use your own. This class is part of the Functional Strength Builder Series Level 3.
