Love to your Hips - and your Soul! (Open Level)

This class works the hips - but it is way more. It is an invitation to connect with yourself – and not just physically. We’ll move through a sequence designed to increase mobility and flexibility in the hip area, while also creating space for release. The hips are often said to hold unprocessed tension and stored emotions – and by softening, opening, and breathing into them, we allow what’s been stuck to begin to move. Expect a blend of lovely stretches and moments of stillness. Show your hips (and your heart) some love.
