Grounded Mobility - Full Body Space & Flow

This full body practice focuses on grounding, mobility and creating space throughout the body. We begin close to the floor, allowing time to arrive, settle into the body and gently warm up through the hips, shoulders and spine. The first part of the class emphasizes joint mobility, soft strength and embodied awareness, helping you reconnect with your body and release unnecessary tension. As the practice unfolds, we gradually transition into a joyful, fluid flow that feels light, spacious and connected. This class is ideal when you want to feel more at home in your body, move with presence and create a sense of ease before building energy.
