

A 46-minute dynamic feel-good flow designed to help you arrive fully in your body and reconnect with the deeper reason behind your practice. We begin with a short meditation and time to settle -,creating space to reflect on your personal why: What does your practice mean to you and what does it give you? The flow itself is fluid, grounding and energising, with a strong focus on heart-opening and hip mobility. Movement is approached as an invitation rather than a task - allowing you to explore the practice freely and intuitively. The class closes with a short meditation, offering space to sense what has shifted and to integrate the experience. An open-level practice that supports consistency through meaning, presence and embodied awareness.
