This extended practice is built around repetition, rhythm and the steady connection between breath and movement. After a functional warm-up that prepares the major muscle groups, the class moves through multiple rounds of Sun Salutations - Namaskar A, Namaskar B, and a final, slightly more fluid variation to close the sequence. The repetition invites you to move through familiar shapes again and again, allowing rhythm, focus and continuity to emerge. Physically, the practice supports endurance, strength and stamina. At the same time, it touches the mental layer - staying present, continuing when things become challenging, and finding steadiness within repetition. Throughout the flow, optional arm balance variations are offered for those who wish to explore them, while the core structure remains accessible and grounded in breath-led movement.
