This 50-minute full-length flow explores the idea of opposing forces as a way to create space, clarity and embodied awareness throughout the body. The practice works with different directions of pull and resistance - using engagement on one side of the body to create openness and length on another. Through this approach, we explore front and back body, side body and spiral patterns, engaging multiple body lines and movement pathways. By working with these polarities, the body is invited to experience itself more fully in space - finding support, expansion and orientation through contrast rather than effort alone. The sequence moves fluidly through different movement qualities, encouraging you to sense how opposing actions can bring balance, width and a deeper sense of connection within your practice. A class for practitioners who enjoy moving with awareness, curiosity and a nuanced understanding of how space is created through relationship - not isolation.
