Spiral Line Flow - Balance, Mobility & Play (Intermediate)

This dynamic practice explores the body’s spiral lines through conscious twisting, outer-hip engagement, and cross-muscle connection. Expect flowing transitions, controlled rotational strength, and moments of playful challenge that build stability from the inside out. We’ll work with active hip mobility, spinal rotation, diagonal strength pathways, and a few balance elements to awaken coordination, resilience, and awareness - helping your body feel supported, intelligent, and free in movement.
