This 45-minute dynamic class is an invitation to explore movement through instability, balance and experimentation. As the sixth class of the Movement Into the New journey, it intentionally creates situations where wobbling, adjusting and even falling out of poses become part of the practice. The sequence includes a variety of twisted balance shapes and asymmetrical positions, designed to challenge stability and coordination. These shapes encourage you to leave the idea of “perfect execution” behind and instead engage with movement as a process. On a physical level, the class focuses on activating and strengthening the diagonal lines of the body, building cross-body connections on both the front and back of the body. This supports functional strength, coordination and resilience. At the same time, the practice consciously touches the mental layer. You’re invited to notice how you respond when things don’t go as planned - whether frustration arises, resistance shows up, or curiosity and acceptance take over. The class is structured with a full-body warm-up, followed by a dynamic flow that brings these elements together, and a short cooldown.
